The D's are asking for information, and that's good

I hear a lot of "but what can I do?" nonsense from friends who understand that we're in deep doo-doo and getting in deeper all the time, and in a lot more piles. Well, of course you can do something, actually a lot of somethings. For example, I just signed up to file a Freedom of Information Act Request to force the administration to release the records of Supreme Court nominee John Roberts, and I urge you to do the same. Roberts worked for the Justice Department on 16 key Supreme Court cases -- the records will give the best perspective of his view on crucial issues. What are they hiding? Let's find out -- join me and file a Freedom of Information Act request: http://www.democrats.org/page/petition/foia/fdarur I particularly like the fact that the Democratic Party has found a few of it's missing body parts and is trying to act like a heavyweight contender. They may yet cave-in, so let's make this effort a success to offset the influence of the "kiss-ups". Contributing some money at this time may also let the wimps in the Party know that Howard Dean's "stand up for what you believe" approach has some following. |
