What my family did this weekend (PHOTOS from Seattle march)

Here are some more photos from Saturday's under/non-reported Seattle march against the war.

This was quite a large crowd, filling several city blocks. Completely peaceful as far as I saw.

We've got to take our country back for this baby!!

Here's DFO's own Lady Liberty, Ginny Ross marching with our banner. Go DFO!

This is when we were climbing up a steep hill (Marion St. I think). Hard to convey the size of the crowd, there were a ton of people. Didn't see any negative reaction from the spectators. Even the people waiting in blocked traffic were honking (in a good way) and giving a thumbs up!

We were lucky to be right behind this band. They were wonderful! Thank you musicians!

Here I am marching along (holding my kids' signs as well...). Crudely lettered though it was, my "Oregon Moms for Peace" sign got a lot of positive attention.

My daughter's bag really says it all. It was a great day for our family of 5 up in Seattle, speaking out for democracy.

Here are my husband and kids after the march, enjoying the "big city." As you can see, we are totally wild and wacky radicals, very far from the mainstream.

It was a beautiful day, and the ride home on the train was sooo relaxing.
