The voter registration deadline for the May primary election is April 29 at 5 p.m. Postmarks do count. Changes to your address, for those who have been registered before in Oregon and have moved, can be made until 8 p.m. on Election Day. However, party affiliation changes have to be made by the voter registration deadline - you cannot make these changes after 5 p.m. on April 29th. Friday May 2, 2008
