Cooking Light Executive Chef Billy Strynkowski will treat guests to a cooking demo and French bistro-inspired four-course meal comprised of popular Cooking Light recipes.

First Course: Caramelized Pears with Blue Cheese and Ginger Gastrique
Entrée and Sides: Pan-Seared Beef Fillet with Green Peppercorn Sauce, Haricots Verts with Champagne-Shallot Vinaigrette, Potato Gratin with Goat Cheese and Garlic
Dessert: Cinnamon Crepes with Peaches and Cream Cheese
