Obama campaign environmental event - Eugene

We would like to invite you to join Dan Kammen, one of Senator Barack Obama’s Senior Environmental Policy Advisors who shared the 2007 Nobel Peace Prize, this Thursday April 17th to lead us in a discussion one these important issues. This is when we will be officially announcing the environmental steering committee.

Dan Kammen, Class of 1935 Distinguished Professor of Energy, holds appointments in the Energy and Resources Group and the Goldman School of Public Policy at the University of California, Berkeley. He is the founding director of the Renewable and Appropriate Energy Laboratory. Kammen is a lead scientist and author in the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) that shared the 2007 Nobel Peace Prize. |
