To Whom It May Concern What I am writing down is a message for all who live here on this planet who want there children to live long enough to be adults. Anybody that wants them to retain the innocence of youth that their gift only because they are naïve of mans cruelty. A gift that comes from the protection that loving parents provide and can never be replaced once it is taken. For any person that values life and doesn’t agree with the sexual molestation, torture, and murder of innocent people caused by the occult. This is written for you and your family. I am asking that you read this with an open mind because I am writing it not only with the hope that you can help to control or put an end to the pure evil that I never believed really existed except in Hollywood horror movies. I was naïve and I also have the need to write what happened to my family to try and warn and inform as many people as possible. I hope that you realize that the information contained here is written with true sincerity so that the truth about what happened to those I love is recorded in history correctly. After you read it I hope that you will remember it because with the use of today’s technology this danger they pose to you and your family increases daily. In the last three years I have been able to witness their number, power, and wealth grow from just taking control of a small town to being able to kill thousands without consequence all over the world. My family and every friend and loved one that I have here in Mexico, The United Sates, and over seas in Europe has become victims of a very wealthy and powerful cult. The largest groups of them live above and under the ground here in Cabo San Lucas, Baja California Sur, Mexico and in FortCollins, Colorado, U.S.A.. They claim to be responsible for the deaths of hundreds of people all over the world and possibly my estranged wife Natasha Davis (maiden: Galanopoulos) born 09-13-70 in London, England and seven year old daughter Tabitha Lee Davis born 12-28-99 in Eugene, Oregon who where living in Elmira, Oregon. Me and Natasha net in Fort Collins, Colorado while she was attending C.S.U... My name is Shannon Shane Davis I was born 09-02-71 in La Junta, Colorado U.S.A. The son of Donald Arthur Davis 01/14/41 and Ethel Ann Davis (maiden: Britton)04/17/41. All of whom except me I have been told and believe to be deceased. The cult that I speak of utilizing their ever growing wealth, power, and the latest technological, biological, research they have been able to kill, torture, steal, and embezzle, without any consequences. Most live above ground living the lives of those they have murdered yet some only exist secretly underground where they gather to perform their evil in secret. They have embezzled millions of dollars from me, Natasha and her family members in Athens Greece. I believe them to be trying to embezzle money from her family in London at this time. They are so powerful here in Mexico that they changed the laws recently concerning the transferring of funds between Mexico and Greece so that their embezzling from Natasha’s Uncle in Athens would be more profitable. They even changed the laws concerning the transfer of funds between Mexico and Bolivia to make it more profitable. They tried to get involved with the Bolivian slave trade. They have taken what has been practiced by the occult for hundreds of years to alter, control, and change a person’s psyche/personality using long term exposure to trauma, brainwashing, and conditioning through torture and modernized it using the latest technology. Mixing the knowledge of ancient occult alchemy with modern technology they manufacture an electronic implant that allows them to change personalities and gain control of anyone instantly. What I am about to explain to you concerning the cults abilities to kill and replace people utilizing plastic surgery and the genetic cloning of humans with rapid cell division for faster aging combined with the latest technological research concerning the ability to analyze, transmit, receive, and record kinetic energy is hard for the average person to accept. The electronic implant that is small enough to install in a newborn that can simulate and Tran- sieve kinetic energy “the same energy the brain creates during the chemical reaction synopsis”. The implant is installed in a person’s anus just above the tail bone along the vertebrae. When pressed against the outer wall inside the anus it makes its own incision. Installed in-between the tailbone and the second vertebrae it attaches to the tiny ends of the spinal chords that contain spinal fluid connected directly to the brain. Remotely downloading from the implant (via: air transmitted frequencies) they can make a digital copy of all of the energy transmitted from a person’s brain trough the spinal column. They can then transmit that exact copy to a genetic clone or other original persons implant overpowering the signal being sent down the vertebrae by the brain. Thereby giving them the full memories and personality of the person recorded. Believe it or not when they read your kinetic energy they can tell you what you where doing in 3rd grade at 2 in the afternoon on Wednesday the 3rd of October. When installed in a fully developed human the person’s personality has an affect on the personality being played through the person. That is why they prefer broadcasting to a transplant installed in a clone because it is like having a clean slate of a infants brain to start with. When they install the transplant in someone they program it to block the mental pathways that contain the memory of whatever perverse encounter happened during the installation. They can also block any memory they want and influence your thoughts. If used correctly they can make you think thoughts that are not your own. Obviously if you know that this is possible you can train yourself to recognize thoughts that don’t match your personality. Because of rapid cell division The brain of a clone develops a lot faster than a babies. It also learns more rapidly being taught to think by being connected directly to the thought process being received by the implant. If the implant is removed the clone is a totally separate person than the personality used to control them. They will have memory of every thing that has happened to them during their life. They will have a totally separate personality no matter how many personalities have been used to control it. They take the original person being cloned or closely related family member perform open chest surgery for the extraction of tissue samples of all the vital organs to use in the construction of a genetically cloned fetus. They can make numerous exact clones all growing at different rates. When they operate on the people they utilize the same technology installed in them to keep them in a state of coma. While in coma a program runs a reoccurring nightmare through their brains. In-fact I have heard that if they keep them alive for further surgeries they live on life support with the same program running for as long as they live. They use the total of 14 clones to replace a person according to the cults beliefs it produces the seventh son of a seventh son which is believed to be a way of manufacturing a witch similar to one that lived hundreds of years ago. The first 6 are aging at a rate that the original can be replaced in a matter of a few months. The seventh is slower growing the same as the fourteenth. The seventh only has the original personality in it but the fourteenth has a blend of one of the cult’s original family members. Lucky 14 gets to replace the original permanently. If a person has no family members that the DNA can be extracted from they have to find a way for them to leave home for a while to replace them. Some kind of treatment center, hospital stay, or vacation so that they have time to grow a replacement cloned from the same person’s tissue. They dispose of the original bodies by cremation then they use them in the cement of whatever hotel or business they are building at the time. Their twisted sense of humour usually is shown in the naming of the building depending on who is laid to rest there. They have control of people in power all over the world. Politicians, law enforcement, and business owners of all status. They install the perverse personalities of the original people who started the cult in the last clone so that the person finally becomes a child molesting, murdering, torturing, member of the occult. They have members in the United States that hold office in the government that are still originals. They have their own broadcasting and control centre. If the cult here in Cabo gets to much attention from the public or the media I am sure that they will be forced to turn their back on them to save their reputations? I have been told that they have taken control of, killed, or replaced almost every family member I have back in the States and every friend I have made here in Cabo. It’s impossible to tell how many family members because they control the people in the post office and the phone company here in Cabo and it would be a death sentence for them if I contact someone they forgot about or haven’t replaced. They chose me because I bought a house from a real state con artist named Mike Nikol “another cult puppet”. The house was built by the person who started the cult fallowing here in Cabo. He is deceased now but has been cloned and is now growing up underground. The house was built with a small dungeon, mausoleum, and playground tunnelled underneath it for the housing and torturing of children kidnapped by him. I have never been down there but have heard about it from members of his family. I have also seen the stove in the kitchen rise hydraulically exposing a opening leading downward but was unable to enter it before it shut. They have dwellings underneath almost all of Cabo´s businesses and residences. They plan on spreading disease, poisoning, and killing until the apocalypse comes. All from under the ground so that they will be among the survivors. They originally chose me to be a victim of a property scam because I have trouble with the law in the States for habitual traffic and drug charges. The reason they got so obsessed with me being a sacrifice is that I share the same name as the grandchild/son of the man I mentioned. His middle name is different than mine. His name was Shannon Fitzpatrick Davis. He was inflicted with Downs Syndrome and he was killed in a Colorado Prison by other inmates. He was sent to prison for the crime of sexual assault of an underage person but from what I have heard he was framed by his grandfather/father who used the child as a puppet using the same technology back in FortCollins, Colorado. I never quite fit exactly the mould of what they assumed I was in the beginning. They wanted me to be a hardened criminal that cut all ties with his family. I was not quite the same thing. I have an older larger implant installed along my vertebrae. The only reason I am still alive and able to write this that they needed time to kill and replace all the people that might be able to help me. Financial gain made by embezzling from me and family members was a large factor. So while they distracted me by hurting my “girlfriend/common law wife” Sandra Marisol Velasquez Cruz “Davis” born 07/07/84 from Guadalajara here in Mexico they went after my family in the States. They already had the implant installed in my immediate family. In fact some had been replaced before I moved here and I didn’t even know it. I stopped caring about people thinking that I was paranoid and I started telling people about the cult. At that time I didn’t even know they where a cult or that my family in the States was in any danger. I only knew that they had murdered three local girls and that Sandra was a witness to one. I started publishing fliers containing the same information here and more when it became obvious she was being raped and left with no memory of it or bits and pieces of memories. We decided to go and stay with her family in Guadalajara and be married. I loved her and truly wanted to stay with her for the rest of my life. I also knew that the laws in Mexico happen to be different concerning my ability to protect her if we where married. Her family never knew about her being raped by the cult. They wanted us to stay in Guadalajara. I thought things would be different now that her family accepted me as her husband so we moved back to Cabo. Everything we owned had been stolen from our home including appliances and copper pipes. We found a small apartment but little did I know that it was next to one of their places where they took people to perform their perverted tortures. I found out most of the information while I was trying to save her. Sometime while living in that apartment they kidnapped and replaced her. In fact I didn’t believe in the cloning until the day I seen two of Sandra in my house at the same time. I didn’t know enough about cloning at the time but they must have used her only sibling her sister for tissue samples. I can’t help the fact that I didn’t learn or believe what they where capable of fast enough. Or I might have been able to save her. I am sure that her family in Guadalajara is still in danger. The cult has a need to cover their tracks and try and kill the close family members of those involved. Sandra was kidnapped and replaced without me knowing it a year ago. I lived with 3 or more different clones so similar to her I didn’t even notice she was gone until I seen two of her. I have heard rumours that she is still alive but badly mutilated from torture to the point they will never release her. She is supposedly being held and used as a slave by the family of the man that shared the same last name as me. I was publishing fliers and posters locally trying to protect Sandra. Not knowing she had already been replaced by a clone. I have recently heard that a clone of Sandra is living in her hometown of Tlaquepaque, Guadalajara, Mexico. They have replaced her personality with a older prostitute that was dieing. Sandra’s parents live on Revolution Blvd. I heard that they had kidnapped my wife and daughter in Oregon and that where already dead. I didn’t believe they where capable of killing people in the United States and still get away with it until I seen my Mother (Ethel Ann Davis Born April 17 1941 in Colorado. She drove beside my house and entered the condos behind it and she never came out. I could hear them behind my house and I asked if they had my mother. At that instant there was the sound of a little girl screaming. I didn’t hear any more. I found her dog dead in a trash can two blocks from my house two days later. I had not seen her in over three years and she was not expected here in Cabo. I couldn’t prove a thing for lack of physical evidence. They say that Natasha's abduction precedes Tabitha's but I am not sure how long Natasha was gone before they took Tabitha as well. Tabitha was forced to live with a person that the cult sent to Oregon to assume someone else’s identity and get close to Natasha. She went by the name Christine but was actually a genetic clone of the person that the cult refers to as their mother. I don't know what kind of hell Tabitha was forced to live while Natasha wasn't there but I know the cult has a very strong fallowing underground in FortCollins, Colorado and that is where my daughter died. I am positive that they have killed both because of the cloning involved. Natasha has no siblings and both of her parents are deceased therefore leaving no other person for them to extract tissue samples from. I have also heard through family members of the cult that my daughter was killed in Fort Collins, Colorado where she collapsed after 15 days of torture, sexual molestation, and starvation. She was then flown on life support via helicopter to their underground medical facility here in Cabo for the extraction of tissue samples. I know this because of the boasting and bragging of cult members on my scanner. They had hopes of using a clone of my daughter inheriting the millions my daughter would of inherited from Natasha and her family. They are embezzling funds right now from Europe as we speak. They have stolen my FM-3 immigration identification and I believe they used it to apply for a new passport. I stopped the first application for a passport but I think they where able to pose as me the person cancelling the passport and applied for another. I am now trying to apply for a new passport not knowing how difficult it will be to get it since the American Embassy is located in the rear of Plaza Nautica. It was built by the person they called father before he died. It has a fully functioning dungeon underneath plus medical centre for cloning. I’m sure that is how they get identification for most of their clones that are not replacing someone else. I plan on flying to Oregon to check on mine and Natasha’s properties as soon as I have my passport again. I have heard that they have built a transponder tower underneath Natasha’s home along with a torture dungeon. I’m not sure if the trap doors are easily found but I give permission to any local, State, or Federal officers to enter and investigate. If you find Natasha or Tabitha please check fingerprints with State driving licence or Gov. Passport records. This transponder is used not by the Government. It is built inside the mountain to conceal it and control people and do harm to countless citizens. I’m sure you know the limitless possibilities of the evil they can accomplish with it but not on my property. I have been trying to sell my home but they are making it extremely difficult to process the final papers. I have been living in my van that was parked next to my friends garage. But they recently had it towed away. . They monitor my internet activity because I am forced to use public connections. They have used my email name and password and took over the correspondence between me and the National Centre for Missing and Exploited Children, the U.S. embassy, The U.K. embassy, and several foreign and local law enforcement agencies that I was trying to report them to. They may have taken control of and are planning to replace employees of all of these agencies. I’m positive with information that I have given you here combined with some investigating that the employees of these institutions/agencies or their families would be very grateful and in need of help getting the implants removed. I’m sure they probably have no idea what kind of danger they are in. I know they at least need to know how to detect if they or their loved ones have the implants or worse yet been replaced. I know that this cult has the money and power to probably get away with it but I want the world to know the truth about what happened to my mom, Natasha, Tabitha, Sandra, and my other family members. I know they are having a hard time replacing me because I am two inches shorter than I was due to my back surgery plus 3 of the 8 titanium screws that are in my spine are slowly working their way out giving me a baseball size hump on my lower lumbar. I am missing a rib on my left side witch they fused to my spine. I also have an array of very thick scar tissue on my forehead, face, and neck caused by a viral infection which I had and has come back due to a protein deficiency. It all makes me hard to clone perfectly but they have cloned me using a DNA splice from my siblings. I believe he is traveling around the United States spending my daughters inheritance trying to portray me as a homosexual child molester. I need to get the implant inside of me removed so that I can recover full memory of its installation and memory of the several times they have taken control of me and injected me with various diseases. It has taken along time for me to realize why they have slaughtered most everybody I have been close to. I know now that it was because of the replacing of Natasha, Tabitha and the stealing of my daughter’s inheritance. Also they believe me to be the reincarnate of a clansman named Davis I’m not sure but I have heard that they have a clone of me made from my brother that has a copy of my passport flying to and from Cabo. If so he doesn’t have the same back problems as me and he doesn’t have the same fingerprints. They planned on replacing me because they believe that the clansman that is supposed to be inside me pre told his future To be returning.
